You can find buyers who are willing to pay $50, and some who will pay max $15, I had a PR 3 blog, sold $15 per link (monthly) and I offered big discounts on more months.

Its not the same. If someone is selling links on their site then you get higher quality. For example you get the anchor text you want, you get placed on a page that has pr 6 and usually they only sell less than 10 links on the page.
From my experience paid links are the absolute best way to rank high in google. With enough well targeted paid links you can rank for ANYTHING. Also getting organic google traffic is more valuable than google adwords traffic.
Its also important to mention that form spam and comment spam is easily detected by google. Just FYI.
