I've been working on some reputation management with minimal improvements.

I'm ready to start getting more aggressive with ranking my clients social media profiles.

My question is, would you guys feel that sending 40,000 blog comments to a facebook page is safe?

All at once is spammy. Drip feed them.

Good advice. Thanks. Would you create all the links and drip feed via indexing or just create the links on a slow consistent day to day basis?

Safe if you drip feed them like evilclown mentioned if you send them all at once it's going to look spammy.
