How much is too much?

Hi guys! I was wondering about the right frequency of posting content on a site i.e. Blogs.
Earlier it used to take a long time to write content so I used to post 1-3 blogs in a week depending on content length and detail. But with AI, it's become pretty quick.
So should one post more frequently now, like 2 blogs a day? Does google look kindly to such content frequency or will it do more harm thn good?
Will appreciate some guidance on this. Thank you!

If it is AI content, you have the option to publish as many as you want. Google cannot punish such websites because there can be genuine teams behind one single site also.

For micro niche site 2 articles a day is enough.

It's okay to use AI content for your blogs but 2 to 4 articles per week is healthy consistent for your site

Because content is the first thing to rank and crawl a site so take care of that at all time

You can post as much as you want if you do it consistently.
Trouble comes when you make 50 posts in one day and then another 50 posts 3 months later.
