How much is too much in marketplace for replying?

Sorry I didn't know appropriate location for this, in marketplace rules it mentions not replying to individual posts and trying to group them etc.
I have been group replying about every 5 posts, which has been two today.

Is this too much? I don't want to breach the rules but also didn't understand them fully so just wanted to clarify.

That should be fine if you post about 5 posts per reply.

If you're on enough to where you can reply to customers right after they post, that is fine. Group replying every 5 posts is fine IMO. The problem comes when there are a few posts back to back and the seller answers each of them in a different post and then doesn't answer one question so that he can go back later and bump him thread subtly while answering another question.

Honestly, if your intention is not to purposely bump your thread up to the top, you should be golden. It is obvious when someone is replying for the purpose of a push back up to the top. Just follow the guidelines and there is nothing much you should worry about. All is good if you happen to get a warning, you'll just need to change your ways. Don't stress it man!

Well done for checking on something like this that you wasn't sure about. It is important to stick to the rules at BHW and doing so will serve you well.

There are times when I have had to reply back to a post sooner than I would have liked but those are situations where the user is needing support or raised an urgent/important matter than needs a response ASAP. But general questions about your product are best replied to as stated in the rules that Wiz gave the link to.
