I have a youtube account that has a video with 23 million views. It gets around 30k views a day. I was wondering how much i could sell it for.

Wouldn't pay much. It's risky investing in 1 video. I'd also be suspicious of why you'd sell it. Being a marketer, you've probably already tried to monetize the traffic.

Wouldn't pay more than I thought I could make in 1 or 2 month's time, max.
