Hi BHW!

I got my new account with a 1.6-1.7 mil (gaining like 50K a day still) members. It's a fun page, never had any advertising on it or something. Never had CPA on it. And on this same account I got another page with 700K members. Same for this, no advertising or CPA on it, ever.

How much do you guys think this is worth? I will rather sell it than but CPA on it, because it will massively decrease the price of the group :). Please tell me :)

i think i saw in a post somewhere that a guy saw a group with 180k fans sold for $800 (it was on some site selling website like flipa or somthing)

thats all i can give u if its to any help ;)

No-one is going to pay 14-20k for a Fan page that can be deleted at anytime by Facebook - no offence ericsson.

Why don't you monetise it yourself? Or use it to promote a relevant website? Then once the traffic is buzzing, flip the website and include the fan page. That way you probably could get the 14-20k ericsson mentioned. If you could get all of those members to visit your site, that is a lot of traffic and a lot of value on the open market.

Yeah, I've been thinking about that. But there's always a risk of getting banned on Facebook with that.

How much would you guys say a fan page with 600k is worth? It doesnt have publishing rights though, but hasnt seen a CPA or anything like that.

Its a fun page
 
If you've seen pages for for $25-40k why don't you go wherever they were sold to sell them?

I'd be amazed if that is true anyway, $40k for something you don't control is insane.

Where have you seen such page? Flippa?
 
Those big prices could be possible a year ago, only an insane man would pay that today when Facebook deletes page as crazy and + there is a community page danger since they sad that they wouldtaking over pages that are not represented by brand/product officials at some time and make community pages from them.

So, find some way to make some money from those pages. 1.5 million fans is looooot of people and you could make lot of money whatever you do with them.
 
An idea would be to build up other pages and advertise them through that page you have, this will create more pages with alot of fans at your finger tips..once you have that done, CPA or whatever, and even if 1 of your pages gets deleted, you ahve more to lay back on!

And as they say, "Rinse and Repeat"! ;)
