Is this £50 your monthly income? If yes,for how many months are you earning this amount per month? If its average monthly income for more than 1 year, site can go for £500+ in my view.

£50 per month is an average amount over the last year, sometimes more sometimes less. Thanks for the reply.

Around £500+ sounds just about right.

it's value isn't based upon "how it looks" - it's primarily based upon its performance and traffic.

Have only recently added Adsense so not a lot, most of the money is from Affiliates such as Amazon and Webgains. I havent updated it much in the last 6 months because i have been busy with other things, i am sure if it was optimised properly you could make some good money with Adsense and other areas. The site gets visits from all over the world even tho it is a .co.uk domain.

Yeah, probably around £500 ($800). The only possible issue would be the domain name, but at this sales level you'd probably be okay.

With sites at this level, it's impossible to give an accurate valuation as auctions tend to be a little hit and miss. I wouldn't be surprised if it went over $1000 on a Flippa auction, though.

    Thanks guys, much appreciated.
Noob question, if purchased what does the sale involve?
As the site is full of my affiliate links what do i do about that?
