how much is this method worth?

Ive been playing around with a method now for a while and ive pretty much perfected it. Mine is uk based but it could work in the US and other regions.

Basically I have a website in my niche that is EMD and then has a /townname page for every single town in the UK.

Ive put lots of effort into it and can populate over 2k pages in ten minutes. I use one unique article and sit and add spin code.

Ive integrated spinning into my site and it makes each page look unique. Ive some some checks and each page is about 30% unique.

Each page (ive randomly checked a good 400) is in the top 5 in google and im getting tons of traffic.

ive also made a sale in the first week of launching this method properly and all links arnt even ranked yet or indexed.

I would say now after a week 2k out of the 2.4k are ranked despite all having duplicate content and they are all ranking nicely.

Ive experimented before with 500 and another time with 1k pages and they all stayed in the top 5 for over 3 months before I deleted the sites.

This method ive got works and is seriously awesome. I can pop these up super quick but dont know how to monetize it.

Im not touting for business or anything like that but if anyone has any suggestions or similar experience itd be awesome if you commented and if anyone is keen to dive into some projects with this or wants more info shoot me a pm.

Im not to sure how black hat it is but my competition have no idea as my method stores the users IP and only spins the page once for that particular user meaning they wont see each page respin and wont know its spun content.

The source code also hides the fact its spinning meaning they have no idea. It also uses php to pull the town name for that particular page and places the town name within the wording of the page to make it SEO friendly.

In fact, there was a plugin already made for it - WP local or whatever it is called in WSO.

Really? never seen it. I used different methods and combined 2-3 different things into one and then used some php code to achieve some of it.

Nothing new, it can be done be with plugin called "Local pages ninj a. There are few more plugins which can do this but i do not remember their names.

I built this in the real estate niche, and it took me under a day, including writing the super-spun article to be used. Any decent PHP guy could do this in his sleep, probably not worth much bro.

Mine even scraped images, and batch processed them in Photoshop making them appear to be unique.

this method is basically local seo.. already used alot of times.

You can monetize it with adsense or rent the sites to a local business in the niche. Or create a directory with local business in the niche and charge monthly fee

Yup. The system has been around via several plugins in addition to the one mentioned above. But since you asked how much it would be worth, why not build a few yourself, get some sales going, and then sell it on Flippa with the traffic and sales figures? Should work!
