Well but so many times I see such domains sold for 75-100 dollar with a few backlinks from authority sites.

you can find similar domains on the BHW market for something like 25-40$, just in terms of metrics for a PBN

Try Fiverr, there are people selling list of thousands of such domains for $5, and you only pay reg fee for each domain.

There is huge difference in having a TC link to money site and a TC link to pbn domain. Most people will only use it for a pbn. i not think if it's price will be more then $20.
