dogtrainingbasics.com 11 years, PR 3, DA32, gets around 400 UVs a month. SEMrush showing that it used get around 5k in June tho.

The advantages are age, that it is a top level url and has 100 visits a week. Are you able to park it? The disadvantage is length and multiple words both of which can diminish value. Some domain sales websites won't list anything longer than 10-15 characters. Look at the prices for similar names on the major domain selling sites.
