I saw a listing in flippa.com, I think you will not be amazed by the bids there.

The website is getting more than 24 bids and the highest is 42000$ and rising...

Well IMO, if the 2nd domain is developed into a unique platform for users to use via a mobile, then maybe it's worth at least 5 figures. The domain itself is worth the reg fee!

The domain name is very brandable and certainly attractive; it helped that the site was developed into a full-scale business. Depending on the clients they're currently servicing and the position they have in the niche, I can believe a 42k price tag.

So what do you BHW members suggest me? Should I go and bid there? Because the bidder is asking for only 1000$ minimum bid. And there is no bid till now. I think he has posted it today itself. Looked at the domain details it is a new one and purchased by an Indian. Lolz... I am confused. Should I bid now or wait for sometime?

$1000 for mobi domain like that is ridiculous (if it's domain only sale). Let's take a look at recent .mobi domain sales:

Hobby.mobi - $2500
Swingers.mobi - $1000
AutoInsurance.mobi - $1500
Data.mobi - $1300
Styles.mobi - $1800
Discount.mobi - $2050
Quiz.mobi - $1257
BettingOnline.mobi - $1020
CellPhones.mobi - $1549

As you can see some of those mobi domains are related to very profitable niches but still they are worth only a little over $1k. TwitterFollowers.mobi certainly isn't worth what the buyer is asking... If it would be an already existing site like TheMatrix said it would be worth a lot more.

that .mobi domain isnt even worth $10 and it is an undeveloped trademark violation name.

I don't have any respect for the mobi domains... all these domains they just come out with new ones every year.
everyone knows who the most popular is.
