just sell it - why park it? you are unlikely to make much money on parking or monetise it with a blog or something which will give you more in the long run.

Of course, it is a sought after term (specific and short to the point) BUT no-one can tell you whether it is worth $$$$$ or $$ - the only way is to choose what you want to do.
If you believe it holds more value to keep then go for it - monetise and try and rank high - if not, sell at a domain auction you may hit lucky or get no-where near what you want.
