How much is this competitor spending?

Hi Guys,

I'm new to PPC/Adwords so sorry for the newbie questions.

I am now ready to start to advertise on Google and I have only found one other competitor spending money on google its a very small niche. How can I find out how much they are bidding to appear above the rest of the results. Is there a tool I can use to find this out or would it be a case of testing with different bids?

Keyword planner tool in ur google ads account shows you max cpc for the keywords you are interested in.

There is no way to check it cause different adcopies, different kw options and other targetings will give different results. Unless u know the niche and hv ran it u cant predict anything close to it. And kw planner is useless to predict cause on some of my niches it gives 2 usd avg and low search but average i get is 75% less and way more searches. Too many variables.

In my experience, you don't always have to outbid the competition. A good copy, decent landing page, and good conversions may give you a better CTR.
