The title says it all. How much is one looking to spend if wanting to do mother/child method in this day and age?

Looking to promote music and on a bit of a budget but this still seems to be the fastest way to grow but also most expensive because of the time consuming nature.

Your choice is too good , Mother slave so far has worked good for music niche . Mother child is time consuming , at the same time is very much safe . and the beauty of this strategy is that their is no threat of getting banned or disable .
