How much is my website worth

I don't have nothing to hide, all the Revenue and Profit can be proved!

The revenue is continuously growing since July. I started with 2 online shops, this one and a second one, that is now B2B online shop and I don't have enough time to run both of them.

I will sell this one would like just to figure out when should I do it, Now, or should I wait a couple of months?

How much would you be WILLING to accept for it now? This is another great question for you to answer. Are you willing to take $5,000 for it? Also, what country do you live in, this is a big question as far as trust goes, and trust drives the price up.

The Company is FL based, and I am from US as well.

You may or may not be correct but if the other guy is correct, I have a site that would have been worth $450,000 about 5 years ago....hmmm....might have to update that sucker

Meathead and his partner, Bryan can... give those guys full disclosure as to all the details.

Like you, I am in FL (Jacksonville) and I would consider looking at it to purchase but I would not do that without getting a third party appraisal.

Having had various businesses over the past 30+ years, I know to use a third party to give me a fair assessment before moving forward.
 
Why are you selling if the trend is still going up? Maybe I missed that in the thread but any buyer would ask that.

Well, he stated that he did not have enough time to run both of his two website. Seems like a fair enough answer.

He actually did answer that earlier in the thread. He has two sites. Both are making money, both take time to maintain. He doesn't have the time or inclination to continue running both sites long term. He want's to sell the one so he can focus more on the other.


@OP - As BassTrackerBoats says you really need to find someone you can give full disclosure of all the facts to if you really want an accurate appraisal. Obviously you don't want to give out all that information in an open thread on a public forum, but to get an accurate appraisal you're really going to need to do that with someone.

Any advice you get from someone based on the information you're giving in this thread will just be rule of thumb type approximations. As already mentioned earlier in the thread, there are many different ways to valuate a website and which is the best way depends on the actual site.

I would also recommend meathead as someone I would trust taking a look at an actual site of mine if I was in the market to sell it.

My 2cents, I would look for 2-3 x annual earnings if it was mine. Unless there was a chance it wouldn't be around in a year or so due to serps, online businesses are reliant on serps which can change...and it's really only worth what the OP want's to pay.
 
The simple answer is:

"Its worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it!!"

No point saying it is worth $50K but noone will pay that much for it. What might be worth $1k to you, could well be worth $100K to someone else.

I would suggest you look at companies in the same industry or a company with that stock line in their product range that would benifit from purchasing a niche site, as they would probably pay more than a internet marketeer!
 
Here is an easy sure fire way to do it. List your site on Flippa. Will cost you between 19 and 50 bucks depending on what options you put in.

Put the reserve like at 100k and then let it go live. when the listing is over there you have it the highest bid someone is willing to pay.
