Game niche (based around an online mmo)
Makes $1000/month for two consecutive months via CB
Has around 100 pages
Lots of Edu, Gov Links
Pr 0 so far, I expect atleast a pr2 in the next update
Gets around 400-500 UV/day
No adsense, no CPA, no spam
GPage speed is around 90
YSlow - B, B, A (for the three in that order)
Secured with plugins,
All posts SEO optimized
Customized Twenty Eleven (via CSS)
Running Wordpress
Expiring in 10 months

My first question is for how much will I be able to sell this MAX?

And how much MIN?

Also, do you think it will be possible to sell it at all via Flippa?

Yes it can be sold at flippa. The monthly revenue for 2 months is great however since the age of domain is only 2 months it may decrease its price a bit. Anyhow in my view it can go for anything above 4k, may be more.

Thanks, poweronics! Maybe I should keep it for a little longer, let it grow and then sell it. Do SERPS matter when selling? I am #1 for osme pretty competitive stuff.

Also do you think maybe in 6 months it ca be worth 12k if handled properly?

SERP's is an important factor in valuation of a site but it is not the most important one. Six month is a minimum period in my view to let the site have some good monthly revenue and traffic to attract buyers. May be after 6 more months the site can go beyond 12k if the revenue keeps on increasing.

Talked to meathead and his team and they said the same. I guess I will keep on pushing with the site and in the end flip it for maximum profit.
