How much is my site worth

So, I've a site that's a year old now and it's made around $150 each month (sometimes more, sometimes
Less)

I'm thinking about selling it just in case the site loses it's place on google soon, but how much would i be able to get for it ? I've heard of 10x it's monthly revenue but if it's regular income it can go for more, would 1 year be considered regular income ?

Usually it's x6 months revenue, but you probably won't sell it for more than x3-4 months revenue unless you hype the shit out of it telling your buyers how they can improve the site for 5 cents and earn millions :redindian

I believe it's 12 months net revenue as long as the sites fairly old.

Not worth it.Keep it for you,1500 is nothing.If you can't grow the site more,let it be as regular income,and when it drops it place,the next day you place it on marketplace.

If it doesn't need time to manage and no expenses then it can go for >15 times monthly revenue.
