Such a Huge board can be sold anywhere between $1000-$5000.This in turn also depends on the countries the traffic is from

Almost all traffic is from the United Kingdom. Its an British .co.uk forum.

e.g this month 88.11% is from the UK.

That is a good amount of traffic. I hope you are monetizing it somehow. My best advice is to get yourself a broker or someone that is experienced with selling a website. I tried selling one of my websites for months with nothing but shitty offers on sites like sitepoint, and website broker. Then I found an experienced broker, and I ended up making almost $60K more. My biggest issue was I didn't know what my site was really worth. Don't settle for less than what it is worth. There is plenty of people out there that will pay the full value of your website or close to it.

What you monetize per month x 18 is usually what someone would pay as a standard. However, when you say music download forum I think of warez. And seeing as warez comes and goes when law enforcement get an eye for it, I would say; what you monetize per month x 3-6

I think if it was not a music download site you could easily get 5k for it. But being what it is I think you will have problems cause there are potential legal ramification involved. People won't pay premium rates for this type of site.
