Hello i have a personal reddit account with 23k karma and 3 years old how much is worth? (The username is a basic username from reddit sadly)

The account is only worth how much someone is willing to pay for it.
On a site where i buy reddit accounts occasionaly there is a 3 year old account with 25k karma for sale for 200$. But as i said for it to be worth that much, there must be someone willing to buy it at that price.

Just curious, what is the reason for a reddit account with more than 1year history and more than 100 karma? Is that not sufficient to post/access most subreddits?

You can change your email address directly in your Reddit account settings without providing a primary email address. This will not pose a privacy risk.
