is it a facebook game hack ?
I guess the niche is active in south asian countries which has very low conversion rate and approx 10 cents per download.
that sucks!

Hope you are not dumb enough to make out that there are some who want to steal your niches. Give the URL only if they are serious about it.

Seems like your website is gonna sell pretty fast. Try not to undersell it since it can bring some nice cash to a new owner if twisted right.
