As with any domain - it is only worth what someone will pay for it (or) how much you can make with it ! Without traffic or recognition - a domain not even worth what you paid to register it.

pikachu is a trademark of nintendo,

as (I think?) it's a made-up name it would be very difficult to use without violating their trademark, so you would be opening yourself up to legal problems.

Just not worth the bother...
