How Much is My Authority/Niche Site Worth

Hey guys my site is in the Furniture Niche...

But its not concentrated on 1 type of furniture, thats why i'm not sure to call it a niche site or authority site.

The site makes average $180 a month from Adsense.

How much do you guys think i can get for the site?

Just trying to see if i made a good purchase, or if i paid to much for it.

If it has been steadily making that money for a few months, I would spend somewhere around $1.5k - $2k for that site.

Nice, i think i got a sweet deal then.. The site has been earning $180/avg for over a year from Adsense
 
6 to 12 month of the steady earnings income.

6 months x $180 = $1080
12 months x $180 = $2160

So the price will be from $1k to $2k
 
On the site flipping forum, there is a thread by meathead who will value your site accurately.

If you can prove the site has room for growth and better monetization you can get a lot more. We sold a site last week for $1,250 which made $20 a month in adsense but we proved the site had room for improvement and better monetization.

I think i will contact him.. I don't really want to pay any commission though. I would rather sell the site myself.

Site I did with a friend. We build multiple sites, rank them and then either flip them or keep them. I added you on skype though, may be interested in buying.

No, I don't do site selling services lol. I was part owner of the site. I got a share of the sale because of that and I helped him sell it.
