Depends on the quality. If you can put out 1000 to 3000 words of high quality, engaging content multiple times a day that's cool. Most wouldn't be able to do that without outsourcing their content to get help. One solid post a week is enough. Add to that the time you'll need to spend guest posting and outreaching to peers within your niche and you'll be flat out busy.
Go for the quality not some fixed number, because if you keep some target number in mind and then write the blog to meet that target then chances are that the quality will not be there.
They are right. Quality is quality. What if your a herbalist revealing the cures, practices and habits to cure cancer, HIV, aids, etc. Or you could be a gossip site just ranting. What you could type could save someones life or just annoy the internet lol.
While this is a valid question, I suggest that you start posting "what you can" per week. Don't look at the "daily" for the meantime.
After posting content for 4 weeks, check your Google Analytics and analyze which type of content got the most traffic, comments, and social media shares.
Then, test if doubling down on the number of posts in that category will also double your traffic for the next 4 weeks.
Instead of wanting to see the entire staircase at a glance, take one step at a time. You will know as you go.
If we're talking about a new blog, then It's difficult to imagine this blog having the quality content posted every day.
So i'd recommend to post the content weekly and make it constantly. This is the best way to get the organic traffic on your website and have time to prepare a new portion of quality text.
I would suggest for starters 3-4 unique articles with at least 300 words per article a day with at least 1 big article (1000 words) per week. Its hard when you make the content yourself but building a blog isn't easy anyway. good luck!
It depends on your budget also. If you have more then you can post 6 also but quality of the content is very important and write minimum 1000+ words with useful and trendy information articles. If you have low budget then you can post atleast post 1 article per day.
Consistency is key. If you can sustain 2 a day for the foreseeable future, I would stick with that. Otherwise, tone it down to maybe one to two blog posts consistently every week.
