How much is it worth?

More than a year ago i purchased a micro niche website, it was build from scratch. After working on the website it is now ranked position 4 on google for the main keyword that has around 3k searches per month.
DA12 and PA26 with clean backlinks. It is in first page on google few months now.
It can be monetized with adsense and amazon.

How much can i get for this website guys?

You value a website for the actual amount of $ it is bringing. Not for the TF and DA.

Unless you want to sell it as a PBN domain but since it's ranking you wouldn't want to do that.
 
It can bring good amount if you know how to monetize this specific niche traffic. As i said it can be monetized with adsense and amazon.
I tried with adsense but can't optimize ads really. It has around 50-70 visitors per day.
 
There is a thread on BHW that goes into detail on how much a site is worth. If i remember right its worth 10 x what it makes a month, as it is now without any proof of earnings im not sure how much its worth. If you dont mind me taking a look feel free to shoot me a pm.

Lets not forget, at the end of the day the site is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

But the basic model you see for sites that sell on flippa & other marketplaces is whatever the site is making per month x12 and you can use that as a rough starting base to figure out your Reserve price / Buy it now price

Do research into what people are doing to get their websites to sell that are in the same niche as yours... really goes along way!

Site ain't worth nothing, or you would be making money with it already. 50-70 hits per day is negligible unless you are in high paying keyword territory.

Why does someone ask such a baseless question? Obviously you know the site is worth very little to nothing. Building sites out like this only to sell them is not a particularly profitable model. Who cares about domain metrics when the key metric is earnings. Since you can't turn a profit with the site - it's worth crap.

If trying to sell I will buy it for $0 today based on 10x the current earnings of zero.
 
You can send me a PM with the link if you want an accurate opinion. By the metrics you've told us, we couldn't say anything... mainly because the most used metric is the current earnings.

Its not worth much. You need to monetize it first for a smaller site like that to get a better of what someone else can make with it. There's many factors and at the end of the day it comes down to what someone is willing to pay BUT for small sites with small traffic such as this the general rule of thumb is that a fair price is about 10x what you make a month. However, to establish that, you need to actually make $ with it and make it for a few months in a row. Otherwise with low traffic and just a random niche site you'll probably get offers from $50-$100 which is less than its worth, you need to monetize it IMO if you want to be able to ask a fair price.
 
You said that you can't optimize adsense. But it is worth adding it so you can show proof of earning. Some marketplaces let you show verified earning and traffic when you use Google adsense and Google Analytics.

But I'll suggest you to price your website according to its actual revenue and how much you'd do if it was not sold in the next 12 months.

With 50-70 visitors a day, you're around $10-$20 a month; right?
 
Why don't you use amazon to monetize this traffic and if it is converting then you will have clear idea that how much this site worth. as of now $100-$200 may be.
 
As other reputable members have said I will say it myself the site is not worth anything if you are not making money from it yourself. You can only sell what you are already profiting from.
 
If you are in that position you a re definitely better of monetizing it yourself - you either make some money that way OR you increase the value of the site massively, OR both.

As it stands at the moment its worth like $20 because the buyer is talking 100% of the risk off of your hands.

You must search online for websites that show blog worth based on the traffic and search engine reach. That should give you some basic idea! Try that!

first make some traffic, then ask for price, your site is pretty low visited. work on it and keep it for you.
