Minimum is like 0.05 if you want it to be good. Anything below and I wouldnt hold my breath. I've tried many content sellers on here just for ideas, and the resulting articles have always been laughable and just go into my recycle bin/

I agree. From the perspective of someone who has done thousands of hours of rewriting and editing, rewriting (95% of the time) turns into "re"writing the article as if it were a first draft. The amount of mental brainpower it requires is perhaps more than writing a first draft. I would try to avoid rewriting as much as possible.
