How much is it possible to modify a CPA offer?

Hello everyone! A while ago I saw a person on this forum who said that he made money by sending spam emails to people, and having them write down their email to unsubscribe from the list. It turns out that when they wrote down their email to unsubscribe they were actually filling out a cpa email submission offer.

My question is the following, is there a way to modify a CPA offer so that it looks like a totally different one, so that if they give their email one can put a different reason than the CPA offer?

There is such a thing as leads quality control. When none of these 'leads' convert you will:

*get booted from the offer

*get booted from the network

*be blacklisted by most networks (yes the info does get shared. I should know I've worked on both sides)

You gonna get your ass banned from the network doing this or removed from the offer as he said

Won't work, tried that once. It's not as easy as you think lol
