How much would all of you pay for an account with roughly 4600 subs and the target is mainly music/Tupac fans.

I'm interested in what kind of subscribers they are.
If you have 4000 people who are the type to login each day and will comment and thumbs up the day you post a video on the channel, then that is worth something. If it is a bunch of sub4sub people who couldn't care less and he is only getting 50 comments a video, that isn't worth a whole lot.
