How much is a YouTube partner account worth?

If someone were to get a YouTube account to partner status (where it can be monetized), how much would they be able to sell that for? I imagine the amount of effort would be completely un-worthwhile, but I'm interested in the discussion.

I personally wouldn't pay more than 100$ for such an account. I think there is always a risk that the creator of the account can claim it back.
