How much is a PR4 Domain worth?

pr4 is good but what would matter is the domain name and the number of links to it.sometimes,there would just be a single link to the domain and that might give a PR4.whats the domain age anyway.i think you are trying to rank for cancer related keyword,right?in that case, a domain age of close to 2 years would be a big boost.
 
It doesn't have ANY backlinks at all. The domain was set to redirect to a cancer authority website then it expired and I grabbed it. It's still PR4. Would the page rank drop in future?
 
If it doesn't have any backlinks then yes it will immediately drop a lot, sell it while you can.
 
Oh, I see. The domain expired 1 month ago and the PR hasn't dropped yet. How much should I sell it for? $500 ? $1000 ? any advice? Thanks!
 
Depends on the age, too. If its more than 2-3 years old, I would say medium-high $xxx
 
Any advice on where I should sell it? I'm thinking Flippa, I've sold a few sites there before.
 
Its not much of a value according to me .I can get pr 4 domains at quiet cheap price
 
Well not at all but it fully depends on the traffic you can even buy a PR 4 site for only $25 and can even cost you $1000 if it gets considerable amount of traffic.
 
I've had some great domain with PR5 about loans. Didn't cared for it properly and it was banned. Can you imagine that pain?
