It isn't worth much basically because of the reasons @Gogol has said. I suggest you build a website that you own.

Using it as a parasite can be a good idea, but I wouldn't invest all my efforts on this subdomain website, it can be an alternative secondary project that may bring you some money (or not).

Subdomains are typically used for projects hosted on Netlify, often for personal or development purposes. They don't carry the same weight as top-level domains like .com , .org
If you are asking monetary value it is safe to say it is worthless also for SEO I do not see how much it helps
