@op keep it and do some case studies...use fb ads on ur fan page and determine the demographics and hit them with realproducts & not with some spam shit!

It all depends on how you got those fans and how they're active in your page. Do they comment your posts? Do they leave a message on your wall?
107k fans are a lot and if they are quality fans you can make a lot from it just by selling the page (or even status updates).
My hint here is to try something to se the actual value of your fans, I don't know, try to promote a squeeze page and see if you get any lead, try to promote a cpa offer and track your results, at last, try to promote a product (but it's very hard to sell on facebook, better if you get leads first).
Of course, choose your niche based upon the average of your fans' age, fans' geographic, demographic and so on.
When you have estabilished the real value of your fans you can sell your fan page.

whilst ur waiting try fiverr, advertise , " i can send ur message to 105,000 fans for $5." this way u make a little money on it whilst waiting, this builds up its cost if u sell and determins how well ur fans respond to doing things as in clicking on ads u send them , u will know this from ur fiverr feedback.
