no niche. its just a generic meme like "I love teddy bears" etc. dumb people like it
 
It's really difficult to determine price. But since it's a generic niche, health products work better. just do a test promoting a product there and do a factor of the money you make. This is not a rule but it does help in determining the worth and being able to make a deal.
 
You could buy the page for around $1000+ if the quality of the fans is decent.

Just do your math. Most people sell worldwide fans for around $35/1k :)

There are several 1K fan pages for sale in DP for $50 to $350...
 
I sold a fan page about 2 months ago for $15,000 dollars but the only reason why I received that much is because I went out of normal "sales venues" Most businesses who aren't consumed with internet stuff often times see the value more than say us as the Internet Marketer.

guarantee, it can be sold in more than 1k or may be in 2k, you can make more than that by affiliating some products.

I would say 10k$ ATLEAST!!!
 
I sold similar fanpage few months ago (1.2 mil fans, also non targeted) for $7,000 so don't accept anything under $5k.
 
My question is, how is that not targeted? Sell them some efin bears! I can only imagine what valentines would be like. If your looking to sell why not pitch it to companies like "Vermont Teddy bear" come on... Actually never mind. The page is worthless. I'll take that headache off your hands for a few bucks what you say? :D
 
Lol personally I wouldn't buy for $10k. I would probably settle at $1.5-$2k. Just on the fact that it could be turned into a public page at any moment.
