hello
i started meme instgram page from 2 months now its have 15K followers with a 10% likes rates and 3% comments rate
how much i take for shout out and what methods (sticky post, 24 hour post .....)
iam still newbie in instgram thing so what you say

15k is still less to get promotion offers grow your account till 50k atleast people want results and if you're having 15k followers you can't drive more numbers of users to their accounts. and even if you're getting offers go with small amount like 5$ .

I would say, start taking small offers, ask for $10 and settle on anything >$5. Now reinvest that money to get shoutouts for yourself and grow like a beast

I think it's too low number for start promotion, but if you still want to do it, you can ask for 5-10$ per post

There's a memepage I used to buy shoutouts from who had about 700k followers at the time and charged me $70 per post (permanent).
