ok i have built a site and did some onsite and offsite seo ..i am wondering how much should i wait until i see result ? i mean increase in traffic and rankings ?

days to weeks, depends on your method, competitors, etc, etc.

Dont wait (ok you have to wait till you get traffic)start split testing the site for best conversion

Depends on your competition.

You might be on page 100 then with your improvements you could move to page 99. Nobody searches that far.

Have you checked what rank your at for the keywords your targeting?
