he is just cautious before someone will scoop it off from him. If he goes in too much detail you could easily find the domain.IMHO, this is a little like asking how long is a piece of string. Yes, you've provided the report from ahrefs.com and moz. But, what is the niche, what are the anchors, did this domain just drop or has it been used by some Japanese spammer for a year. It could be worth a lot or not very much.
