Hello guys i have a 2 years old website with 27 DA and i have many emails about sponsored posts but im not sure how much money should i charge to looks like normal and not too expensive and too cheap.

I think $70 is normal but want to know your opinion,

thank you.

It depends on site niche whey want to advertise if gambling/casino 70usd is too low.

It depends on the niche, how much they are offering, how good of a negotiator are you, how much organic traffic and rankings you have.

I personally both sell and buy a lot of links every month. When buying, I usually want to see that the site is legit and not only made for selling links, that the site is actually ranking and driving some organic traffic through relevant keywords and that they are not one of the sites that cover all niches.

If you have legit traffic over 10k a month, you could charge quite a bit.

How much can you get; tough to say without looking at the site. Don't sell for less than $40-$50, otherwise you'll be attracting everyone and getting a lot of requests for shitty links.

The niche is personal development, the website has 150-200 organic visitors a day. I still sold zero sponsored posts so I'm planning to start selling because I see this is also a good method to make money from the blog, but I think is against google rules :/

interesting. Asked the q in another thread the other day... but what's wrong with sites that cover all niches? Is it best to avoid these? And why?

I think if these sites authority with organic traffic then you can be featured to these sites.

Alot of factors involved - not just the DA/PA of the site. Eg, how much traffic? Are you ranking for some brand name (which is good), what is your TF, nice and more. If DA 27 then most general blogs will cost $5-10 like that. But if your site has abundant traffic, then you can sell that as your advantage. Why don't you just throw a figure out - most of the time, even if it's just $5, these peeps may not even reply back to you, as the message could be an automated one.

It’s not too much. I have DA35 blog ranked with 50k visitors a month and i charge $100 per post.

If they say it’s too much for them then I just reply that they can search to buy somewhere else and wish them good luch.

I don’t give a f*ck. Why would you sell your hard work and time invested and money for cheap?

If it’s not problem for me to pay for $100 for a HQ link then it should not be for them too.

Charging anything above $70 seems like an overkill to me. $30 seems just fine for 6000 visits a month IMO.

I do the same because there is a lot of people who offer 5 usd :D and they try to negotiate and offers you 15 max :D
So you just wasting your time if you replay to someone who offering 5 usd.

Exactly. For example, I payed $500 for a domain with good history backlinks, plus 500-600$ for a HQ well researched content, built a site, ranked it, put effort, then someone comes and thinks they can get a sponsored post for a $20.

- Go build your own PBN bitch and you'll see how much it cost!

Don't go for anything below $50. You are giving them value for their money and not the other way around.

Always believe in ask and you shall receive :D

Generally, I find guest posts in the $50-150 per post layer and I believe this is fairly reasonable.

Wow thats some investment.

I think you should start with $40 or $50 since your DA is not that high. As your ranking gets better and you get more traffic, you can slowly increase the price.

If it's organic traffic, 70$ is fair (almost low I would say)
Most of guest posting is paid, and with fake traffic.

Make a package with some upsell (1 guest post + 1 backlink in an other post + 1 keyword analysis) for 100$
And say you have only organic traffic and not fake bot. it should sell good

$70 per post is an average cost for links, for this price it ahs over DA 30+ only not much traffic you didn't get.

Just get straight to your results, if you want to achieve organic traffic, you must get high traffic blogs, for example, $150 per posts as minimum, if you want to increase your authority, trust and DR of your site you can spend on Blog posts and Niche guest posts around $50 per post. These blogs will get you the good metric stats but you have to spend $100s to get the good authority and consistently.

For personal development niche you can get almost general niche blogs would work for you very well, once you analyze the results you will get niche-based posts for your site.

2 of them emailed me back and disagreed to do it for $100. The first one can offer me $30 and the second one $40. I replied to them that I can do it for $70 but no less. Let's hope at least 1 of them will agree for this price.

This... damn, you are so right dude! I have been in the same situation, you invest thousands, do SEO, put content yourself, pull organic traffic and when they say $100 is expensive... simply these people are being complete idiots.
