By looking at your site stats i can say, expect 10-20$ in your pocket selling guest posts on your blog.

Since sites can hit PR2 pretty easily, the real value is PR3 or higher. The prices aren't graduated, they shoould be expotential $3 for PR1, $10 for PR2, $25 for PR3 and $50 for PR4
Just going up in a set $10 per PR means the high end ones have a lot mre value to your customers than the low ones
One PR9 link is a hell of a lot more powerful than 9x PR1 or even than 2 or 3 PR 8
Your prices should reflect that.
Sell them quick before people stop caring about PR altogether.

Can charging for guest posting be also used on FB Accounts and Fanpages? I've heard of some people doing this but I have no means of verifying.

I use "PR Points / PRp" instead of PR when i calculate stuff. PRp is linear.
PR1 = 1 PRp
PR2 = 2 PRp
PR3 = 4 PRp
PR4 = 8 PRp
PR5 = 16 PRp
PR6 = 32 PRp
PR7 = 64 PRp
PR8 = 128 PRp
PR9 = 256 PRp
PR10 = 512 PRp
One PR9 link... not even close to 9 PR1... more like a gazillion PR1 not to mention to sweet authority that it brings. Built these PR6 to PR7 links + .edu links to a domain then got away with murder in the serps. Zero readable content + cloacked content, etc.
