    I hire outsource workers from asia fulltime and want to hear your experiences regarding...

    1. How many Angela&Paul profile backlinks should an outsource worker be able to submit on average an hour and how much you pay hourly?
    2. How much should be an accepted 800 words article on ezines? I just want to have the backlink with 800 crappy words regarding the topic.
    3. How much do you pay somebody for using tools like Sick Submitter and Scrapebox?

    Thanks!

    For Angela&Paul backlinks AND sick submitter and scrapebox you can find someone who can do that for 150 to 200$/month from scriptlance .
    About the writer its always depend on the quality and the number of the article he gonna submit .
    But always remember that you gonna get what you pay for , for me i wouldn't mind paying an extra 50$ so he can stop contacting me every 2 minutes on skype :)

    For ezines submissions i don´t care about the quality, they just should be long and topicrelated.

    So how much to pay for them?

    How much you pay for each Angela&Paul Backlink?

    @ahiddenman
    Outsourceworkers don´t have tools or aren´t smart enough to submit automatically to my PR4+ list. If they do, i´m happy, too.

    with those requirements above, I think you will be needing a VA for that kind of project.

    I recommend going to firms with a proven track record of dependability and proficiency in offering business leased office staffing & management services. I suggest to hire a Staff leasing company instead of a freelancer. because leased staff are permanent workers of a company and are easy to reach in case you need them. Freelancers do not have employers so they do as they please and sometimes cannot be contacted for various reasons.
