I wouldn't sell it own it's own, Social Media properties are best sold in conjunction with a website.
Though it is against Facebook's ToS to sell a page outright, it's not against ToS to transfer ownership of a page. So it is only natural, or even completely expected, to transfer ownership of a Facebook page to the new owner of a master website or blog etc.
So my question to you is as follows:
1) What are you doing to monetize this page? As in, is the CPA content direct hops or are you taking them to a squeeze page?
2) What % (roughly) of your FB fans are syndicated on other promotional platforms such as twitter, or blogging platforms.
3) Do you have a website? If not, try building a quick one even if it's a pure regurgitation of content (if your main source of income isn't in SEO, then duplicate content is your ultimate content source)
3a) With a website, try to convert some of these fans into other means such as email etc.
A website with an active social presence is a very nice upsell because it indicates your product (your site, fan page etc) has an active and engaged readership, which in of itself is worth it's weight in gold.
