how much for a PR8 sidebar or footer link

I was wondering how much I could sell 3-5 footer or sidebar links on my pagerank 8 site.......$150 a month ok to ask?

real, how much should I charge?

PR7 sells for like $50-70/mo but since PR8 are much rarer to get then I'd say 100 is good provided that OBL is low like 7-10 max but I'd look into yearly not monthly rates to weed out time wasters and small players and also be so picky in choosing who to link to as it should be a high quality site (nothing less than pr5) and I'd also consider selling some guest posts.

But finally I'd suggest finding other revenue sources than just selling links as there is too much to do with such authority site like easily nailing low competition yet valuable keywords with some extra pages on the site.
