DR is not the only thing you want to sell. Link builders also check traffic, and ranking keywords.

Every experienced SEO buys backlinks based on the quality of the site and how it performs on the SERP.
From my point of view, a site that is not a well thought out PBN that gets zero search traffic but has a DR of 57 or 100 is worth $0. I can't pay anything for such a site and I know most people won't.
Pricing would strictly be dependent on traffic and search performance.
