Facebook is now more strict about adult contents pages, first be sure FB is not going to bend this page. Now the price of this page is depend on active member's identity. If 80% or more members from USA and UK, I will pay 250usd.

i know few buyer's who will pay 600$ also for these pages. but more than 60% fans should be from usa
