30k likes for that many followers is impossible haha. You would have to have like 2 pictures or have to had buy them.
Highly unlikely but not impossible. I've seen a few accounts with similar stats that charge an arm and a leg for a shout out, lol.

A couple of years ago, the follower interaction per post was at 5% on Instagram. So, if you had 100K followers, you'd get about 5K likes. But that number has since dropped to 3%. I have a 175K niche account and the most likes I have received on one photo is 9K. And even then, I considered myself extremely lucky. Every other post on my page averages around 6.5K to 7K.
Now, unless your photo has been featured on CNN because The Kardashians can't stop debating over what color you're wearing, there is no way you would get 30K per post. Except of course you bought them, or have that many cousins -- who must all really, REALLY love you.

Depends on the hours.
24 hours would probably run you around 100-200 dollars for a shoutout and could get you a few thousand followers pretty quickly if you post a good photo.
