How much Fanpages i should have in one account?

Yesterday some of my pages were deleted ('your page violates our TOS, bla-bla-bla, further misuse may cause deletion of your account')
Question 1: how much pages FB can delete before shutting my account (PVA)?
Question 2: if my acc will be deleted, other pages will avaliable?
Question 3: your opinion, how much fanpages per one acc will be optimal and safe?

NB: all pages growing organically, i not invite friends to them

1 page/app per account is normall how it works.

I have 3 fan pages and no any problems yet

Well, I have 30+ fanpages on my acc. (not PV) and no problems yet

now i have from 40 to 200 pages per acc
