How much does posting frequency really matter for Blog growth?

There is no “perfect” posting frequency; the best approach is to publish consistently at a pace you can maintain with quality for 3–6 months, then optimize based on real feedback.

As a new blogging site, I always try to post regularly. Regular does not mean daily.

Quality usually outweighs quantity consistent posting matters, but publishing well-researched, valuable content even weekly often drives better long-term growth than frequent shallow posts.

From practical experience: posting fewer but consistently, with in-depth content (1–2 high-quality posts per week), works much better than posting every day with average content, because strong articles are the ones that gain impressions and long-term traffic.

Posting often helps, but consistent quality beats quantity for long-term blog growth.
