How much does it usually cost you to withdraw form exchange?

I have been using Bittrex for about 7 months and Binance for about a month.

I didn't check before but realised today when I went to transfer bitcoin to tether on Bittrex that I would get about 10% less than what Bitcoin was selling for.

I have also used coinbase in the past and similarly the difference between buying and selling was about a 10% loss.

Where's the best place to sell and how much do you usually get compared to the average/market buying price as 10% is a terribly high price?

its becase of the high cost on bitcoin transactions, use litecoin or eth

sort by price. (you can look at same table for any coin. many are making a killing doing arbitrage. buying a coin on one exchange for $1 and selling it on another exchange for $1.3)
congrats you identified the best place to sell at the highest price
oh but what about the fees? easy. search "<name of the exchange> fees" on google and you'll learn all about them.

Do you still make profit? What about fees? That sounds to way to easy.
If you buy for example Litecoin with USD on one exchange plattform and then you go to another plattform and sell them for higher price. How much time would it take to do all these steps?
