Okay, I have a question hope someones will help me :
- Is a video with 1000 views and 1000 likes better than a video with 1000 views ?? Does Fullscreen pay more for the video with 1000 likes ??

Yes a video with 1k views and links is better than just one with a views

No, the likes you have on a video make no difference to the payout you will receive. You only receive ad revenue from views.

Please I have one question more.
If the audience just watch the videos and they don't click on the ads, do I get pay? Something called CPM?

Yes you will get paid some money as CPM but it is per 1000 views
