on their website it says $1 per download, but that seems extremely high. do they really pay $1 per download?

you can optimize offers but there are offers from 0.02$ to 25$

yeah, the fact is: they can pay, because they are monetizing downloads with CPA leads which will earn them a way more than $1 per download. Good Luck!

It's based on the country of the downloader + choosen offer. You can't expect $1 download from India. But for US, UK type traffic you'll get aleast >$0.80 per download. Also there is an option in cleanfiles to set minimum offer value for selected countries/files. So I set $1.50 min for US traffic since there are lots of junk low paying offers

It's better if you go with the Major CPA Networks, it's tough to get in but the earnings are way better.
