Besides code. If you want it to run on vps and pass captcha that will be your main cost.

Captcha is priced at per 1k solves Many platforms price it from 0.5 to 1 dollars so you can scrape a lot with them even with 10-15 dollars

Vps price is monthly so you can choose from low to high based on your requirements

To be honest webshare has shared proxies that might work with almost anything. 100 for 2.99 with 250 gb bandwidth so i don't know if that's expensive or not
