Hi, looking for advice from those more experienced in this area... I've never been any good with those complicated statistics surronding domain appraisel.

Fresh/Used: Used by Koreans.
Backlinks: 1.3k but apparently not much value as citation flow is only 7.
Appraisel tools: $1.7k by Estibot and $600 by FreeDomainAppraisel..??
